Service Times

(within the inner Sydney Metropolitan Area)

• Booking:    Booking must be received latest by 4:30 pm the previous working day.
• Ready for pickup at 7:30 am the following business day
• The receiver must accept delivery between 9 am and  5 pm, otherwise the job may be rolled over to the next business.
• Pickup:      Any time, to allow delivery on time.
• Delivery:   by the end of business (5pm) on the next business day.

Charges

• Prices are calculated on a per item basis, depending on item weight, item volume and item dimensions.
• A consignment will be charged, based on the number of pallet spaces needed on the truck tray.
• pallets wider than 1.2m attract a surcharge of  100%
• pallets longer than 1.2m attract a surcharge of  25% for every additional 0.3m
• a late ready fee or early closing fee will be applied if the consignment is booked for later pickup or earlier delivery.
• items exceeding any of the the limits below, will be charged at the next category.

Service Times

• Pickup:    Any time, to allow delivery on time.
• Delivery: Loads <= 1 tonne will be delivered within 4.5 hours. Loads > 1 tonne will be delivered within 5.5 hours.
• Consignments booked after 2pm or with a pickup or delivery window of one hour or less, have to be booked on a VIP service.
• Consignments with a pickup or delivery window of  15 minutes or less, or outside normal business hours, have to be booked on a Direct service .

Charges

• Prices are calculated based on total weight, total volume and maximum dimensions.
• A consignment will be charged, based on the number of pallet spaces needed on the truck tray.
• pallets wider than 1.2m attract a surcharge of  100%
• pallets longer than 1.2m attract a surcharge of  25% for every additional 0.3m
• for items over 25kg, a minimum height must be entered into the booking screen, based on the item size(see table below).

• Standard Service + 100% for <= 1,000kg effective weight and <= 2.7m long and <= 1.8m wide
• Standard Service +    75% for   > 1,000kg effective weight   or     > 2.7m long   or     > 1.8m wide
• Standard Service +    60% for   > 2,000kg effective weight  or     > 3.6m long and   > 0.3m wide
• Standard Service +    60% for   > 4,000kg effective weight  or     > 4.0m long and   > 0.3m wide
